and to participate in the festival. Participation in the festival implies understanding and acceptance of all rules and regulations plus the Permissions
of the Red Rock Film Festival as described below.
I have read and accept the above statement and all the rules and regulations of the Red Rock Film Festival,
and accept with the following change to the Permissions:
PERMISSIONS: Permission to use stills and excerpts of each submitted film, not to exceed 2 minutes,
for promotional purposes (in print, theatrically, broadcast, internet or all other means as well as released to the news media)
is considered granted upon submission. The filmmaker concedes they are authorized to use all images, likenesses,
music and sounds in their film or video entry, and grants permission to the festival to screen the entry once at the festival.
Red Rock Film Festival is limited to this one screening, and any future screenings would have to be
requested by the festival and agreed upon on a case-by-case basis. I hereby release and forever discharge the Red Rock Film Festival, Ophilia Events, all sponsoring organizations and their directors, employees, and volunteers from any responsibility, personal liability, claims, loss or damage arising out of or in conjunction with my application of to the Red Rock Film Festival or Ophilia Events.
